Commisions 

The below guidelines are for personal use commissions only, for commercial use information and pricing please reach out for further details at rachelmillsartist@gmail.com 

If you commission me (the Artist) you must agree to the terms and conditions, at the bottom if you have any questions please reach out, theres no obligation to commission me

BASE prices for standard UK sizes (prices do NOT include shipping costs)

(non standard sizes are available)

• A5 - £75

• A4 - £155

• A3 - £325

• A2 - £650

• A1 - £1200

Work on commission will not begin until minimum 50% non refundable deposit has been paid. 

High quality photo references will be needed by the artist before work begins

Allow at minimum TWO MONTHS for your commission to be completed, that being said, times can very in accordance with work que and scope of project. However the commissioner will be updated on progress and when progress can begin. if you need the artwork for a very specific time ask if rush fees will be necessary, and that option can be discussed

What to expect

the usual process of commissions (which can very!)

• the details of the project will be discussed, size, medium, preferences etc.

• the commissioner pays the 50% deposit

• sketches begin, once the commissioner approves the sketch, colour studies that are then approved by the commissioner may be necessary

• work then begins on the final piece

• Artist updates commissioner on progress

• the commissioner is permitted three rounds of edits, with additional rounds of edits being a separate charge

• Commissioner pays final half of fee on completion, once payment is through to the artist commissioner will either pay for delivery, or pick up the piece (Glasgow based pick ups only)

Terms and Conditions

The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason. Copyright of commissioned material remains with the artist, the commissioner will not claim it as their own. The Artist maintains the right to post the commissioned piece on social media and online with any references provided unless otherwise agreed upon 

I do NOT make NFT or Crypto based art, the commissioner is not permitted to mint the commissioned art as an NFT or use it in similar ways

if the Commissioner is sharing the artwork on social media they must give credit to the artist

the following is considered copyright infringement:

• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially 

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork 

• Removing watermarks or signatures 

• Altering the artwork without the Artist's, written consent
